Job Responsibilities:
- As a Department Manager you will oversee the full day to day running of at least one department.
- You will have full commercial control of the department(s),
- The role will not be without challenge but you will have the freedom, the autonomy and the support to really make this role your own.

- Including stock ordering and merchandising and, using available data provided to you, will lead a team to maximise sales and provide a superior level of customer service.
Job Requirements:
- A retail fashion background is not essential for this role but having strong leadership and coaching skills, a commercial mind set and exposure to a fast paced environment is.
- Many Department Managers join us from positions such as Sales, Floor or Department Manager of a similar size store or Assistant or Store Manager of a smaller size store to ours.
